Student records
The portal collects student name, father’s name, contact details, gender, date of birth, school, city, state, class and branch information to manage examination registration.
Who can access records?
Authorised school administrators can access records for their own school. The AIGAT Super Admin can access all participating schools’ records. Login passwords are stored as salted hashes.
Published results
Published results include student name, school, class, registration number, marks, rank and prize. Mobile numbers, email addresses, dates of birth and father’s names are not included in public results.
Corrections and requests
Contact your school coordinator or AIGAT to request corrections or discuss student information. Schools should inform students and guardians about the information submitted for examination participation.
